Signal-11 and Oracle

To anybody who can help me

We are using Oracle 10.7 SC with Add-on 16.1 RDBMS 7.3.4.3. We have over 1200 users across the planet (on two servers Our servers are on a DEC ALPHA running Unix 4.0D

In our particular situation, some requests are not completing successfully. When we look at the log file of the request, we can see that the request was terminated because of a Signal 11 problem.

Here the error

APP-00969 Program was terminated by signal 11 APP-01125 Concurrent Manager got error running Oracle Reports for request 504029
