Personal Oracle 7 won't re-install

I have Windows 95 rev 4.00.950 B and 


I'm trying to re-install Personal Oracle 7 using Win 95 oracle setup.exe but I 
get the error message:



"The specified Oracle Home D:\Orawin95 points to a location
within the 16-bit WIndows Oracle Home. Windows 95 Oracle cannot
be installed in a 16-bit Windows Oracle Home"



What is the problem ?
