The only "deal" I know about for oracle is the OTN (Oracle Technology
Network). For $200US you can join and the subscription includes Oracle
and other software depending on the "package" type you subscribe to. You
can check out the information on http://technet.oracle.com.
The only problem I remember is I don't think I saw a package for Solaris on Intel. I only remember seeing SPARC, misc UNIX and NT stuff.
