OWS Replacement Cartridge File size limit for upload ???

hi !

i made a build from owa replacement cartridge on was3 on solaris for oracle8. file upload and downloading seems to be alright.
if i try to upload a file with 45 kbytes everything works fine. a file with 95 kbyte fails. in case of success the plsql function
gets: p_name, p_file and p_type from the html form.

in case of failure the plsql func only gets p_name .... something must be wrong in the .so cartridge ....

this is like this on both ms explorer and ns communicator...

any suggestions ??
