Can anyone tell me what I might be missing when I try and a run a call =
to a16 bit oracle app


Our local oracle client is 32 bit


c:\orawin95



How do I get that local client to acknowledge the c:\orawin  oracle.ini 
tnsping can't find message file 3505 when I run it from =
orawin\network\admin..



entries for tnsnames.ora are in both 32 and 16 bit subdir's 
paths exist to most areas I can find...
