Installing Oracle * ODBC for Win95

Okay, I'm lost. (I hate it when that happens).

I have downloaded the 8.1.5 ODBC drivers from the technet.oracle.com. When I unzip them, it tells me I have to have a UNIVERSAL ORACLE INSTALLER that comes on the Oracle 8 disk.

But I don't have one. I'm trying to use MS ACCESS to access a corporate developed database, thus I have no Oracle 8 disk.

So do I really need this Universal Installer? If so, how can I get one without having a Oracle disk? Or if not how do I install these drivers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
