HELP!!! How use utl_raw package???

Hi!!!



Help me!! I got a problem with using utl_raw package. When I tried to call
function from that package, Oracle returned me the error: Non existing
object( or like that).



Please write me what must I do to using this package?



Any suggestions!!!
