Intersolv ODBC connect error

G'day,

I am having problem connecting to my oracle server v7.34 using Intersolv ODBC connect driver v3.11. I get the following error once i get to around 120-123 users (varies a bit but still always around those numbers) :

[INTERSOLV][ODBC lib]Data source name not found and no default driver
specified.

Anyone have any ideas why ?? Our oracle server have license for up to 200 users. And i don't think it due to the licenses limit in Oracle as after that i still can connect to the oracle server using other methods like sqlplus, I just can't connect through the same ODBC API instance handle. Any help will be much appreciated.
