Get these three books:

  1. Oracle Certified Professional DBA Certification Exam Guide, by Couchman
  2. Exam Cram - Oracle DBA Test 1 and Test 2, by Ault
  3. Exam Cram - Oracle DBA Test 3 and Test 4, by Ault, et. al.

They represent an investment of around $160 (less if you buy them at a discount) and contain all the material needed to pass the exams. Using them, I passed the first four exams to become certified in Oracle7.3 - I haven't taken the fifth test yet, which upgrades the certification to Oracle8.
