TG4RDB on VMS7.1 and oracle7.3 and rdb7????

We updated our operating system from VMS6.2 to VMS 7.1. Then we discovered we had to upgrade our oracle software and database also to version 7.3.
After we did this, the Oracle Transparent gateway for RDB did not work anymore, and Oracle told us that they stopped developping this software......So now we have a big problem, because one of our main applications does not work anymore. We tried to solve the problem with SQL*NET for RDB, but we encountered al kinds of problems with transaction-logic. We can't go back to our old situation because vms6.2 is not millennium compliant and is not supported anymore.....Does anyone have experience with this, and maybe a sollution???
