How do you join APOUG

Anyone,



Does anyone know how to join APOUG Asia Pacific Oracle User Group.



I have been sending messages to APOUG, but don't get any replies, 
either they are ignoring my messages or there is something wrong with 
my mail.



I looked on their web page, but they don't say how to join, the only 
thing they supply is a contact address, but no one replies.
