Forms 5.0 Form Builder and default preferences

I would like to set up the default preferencs in Forms 5.0 (Form Builder) Version 5.0.6.8.1 (Production) running on a solaris box. Can I set such things as the prompt font, backround color, and foreground colors to come up to something other than <Unspecified> when creating a new form .
