Description: Sample (from the Oracle ODBC Driver 8.0.4.0.3 Help File)
modified to work better with MSVC 5.0. This returns 2 refcursors from
a stored procedure and fetches upon them with the C ODBC API. Requires
Oracle ODBC Driver 8.0.4.0.3 or higher, but is not supported until the
8.0.5 release for the ODBC driver and the RDBMS due to underlying OCI
and RDBMS issues.
