Webserver Installation under Linux

Hello i've Problems to start the OWS 3.02 under SUSE LINUX 6.0

owsctl start wrb works fine
owsctl start admin come with this error

/home/websvr/bin/oraweb: error in loading shared libraries libstdc++.so.2.8 cannot open shared object file:
No such file or directory
OWS-08811 Where can i get this library or what other is wrong. I'm new to Linux

Any suggestion ?
