Re: Install on Linux fails to create database ORA-06413

If you are installing Oracle on RH 6.0, there is now a published errata on Redhat's website.

The problem has to do with library compatibilities which cause the compile-link of svrmgr to fail. Without a functioning svrmgr, the install script can't create the starter database.
