TNS:listener

Good Morning!

I have a really big problem with my Oracle8 database. Perhaps anybody can help me!

i create a new Database local...it's ok

if I want connect, then I get the message The test did not succeed.
ORA-12505: TNS:listener could not resolve SID given in connect descriptor

hm...the SID is the right.
What can I do??

answers perhaps in german??
