insert many records

Hi there,

I have a problem. I created a table and it have four fields. The fields as following,

    field1 date
    field2 varchar2(15)
    field3 varchar2(15)
    field4 number(10)
    Is it possible that this table will be inserted about 80,000 records or more in half an hour? Any suggestion?
