can someone explain to me what is going on here....

 create or replace package account as

                         ok_account_status_id  integer

:=nc_utl.get_status_id('account_t','ok');

2) what is the use of ' in_step :=0 ' why is it used in a procedure for debugging Received on Wed Apr 21 1999 - 00:00:00 CDT
