Does Oracle support miliseconds?

Hi,

Maybe this is a very basic question, but I'm coming from MS-SQL Server and trying to migrate an application. The question is very simple:

• Does Oracle Date type support milisseconds? If so, how to display milisseconds? I searched in NLS_DATE_FORMAT and found nothing about milisseconds.
• Does SYSDATE return miliseconds?
