Help for OCP!

Is there any way I can obtain the following books, which are given when one attends classes taught by Oracle (Oracle's instructor led training ILT)for OCP developer track?

Develop PL/SQL program units
Developer 2000 Forms 4.5 II

Those classes by Oracle goes by these same names I guess. Since the OCP tests are based on these books, can any one lend or sell these or suggest how I can get these other than attending the classes? The Oracle classes are expensive to take.
