I have a bit of a problem and I hope someone out there has a suggestion.
It is primarially a UNIX\Oracle question. We are running Oracle 7 on
DYNIX\ptx(R) 4.4.2. I need to find a way into fooling Oracle into using a
date other than the system date. For example, I want Oracle to use the
date of 00 as oposed to the system date of 99. This would allow for
testing of Oracle based software (DB) without disrupting the other
applications being run on the UNIX OS. Any suggestions? I have posted
the question on multiple UNIX groups as well but with no avail...
