Visual Cafe, Oracle8

I just started to use Visual Cafe and wonder if it's possible to link it to a DB in Oracle. Please, help me with that. What's the code I should put in my code in Visual Cafe for that? What is the driver that is used in that connection (The Thin JDBC driver or the JDBC/OCI driver); does Visual Cafe supports JDK 1.1.7a?
