Jayshree,
It's been my experience that you can't beat the source. I have taken courses on Oracle both local and abroad and found the resources required for some of the questions I posed to be the best at Oracle. They have the experience and contacts to quickly resolve non-standard questions that I asked.. ie. custom installations, etc.
