The Technical Support Department provides second and third level technical support to our software application customers primarily via our private web user groups. Requirements:

Candidates must posses the following attributes:

Superb trouble-shooting skills and persistence in problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly Excellent organizational skills

A mix of the following skills is also required and/or desirable:

Relational database experience (Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MS SQL Server) Experience in client/server applications support environments Experience with application software/tools Experienced in Visual Basic/Object Oriented programming/OLE Automation Degree in Computer Science
Well versed in PC-based hardware, both clients and servers, and operating systems including Windows95/NT
Working knowledge of UNIX
Hands on Web experience with HTML, Java-Script Experience with browser technology (products, plug-ins) on different platforms
CGI, MS-IIS Web server knowledge
Basic Internet connectivity/networking troubleshooting skills OLAP / Data Warehousing / Datamart design and/or support experience

A 2nd european language(French/ German is a distinct advantage)
