SQL error due to database disconnection

Hi,

we are encountering the foll. error intermittently in the people tools (7.53) while saving the transaction into database oracle 8.0.5 via tuxedo 6.4. The Same transaction some times saving successfully into the database. I am sure saving data size also not big.

When the above error occurs on the client, the appsrv.log(tuxedo) recorded the foll. message:

We cannot able to fix this error whether It is tuxedo issue or ORACLE issue. We are working with both support team , sofar no solution provided by both. Please help to fix this problem.
