Depends on your clients, they can be graphical if built that way. Oracle on Linux is no different to Oracle on Solaris from that point of view. I havent fould a grpahical version of svrmgr on Oracle for Linux, but haven't looked hard either. Someone else can give you more adivice on the GUI side.

Oracle Corp. make them; or download a restricted license version from http://technet.oracle.com
