Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.misc -> Q: How is the transactional behaviour in an Oracle DB implemented?
Dear all,
The X/Open DTP (Distributed Transaction Processing) standard defines the protocols to make a DB transaction capable. Can anyone explain me how these protocols are implemented in an Oracle DB system? Are there any general rules which are usually followed when making a DB t ransaction capable?
Thanks a lot,
Filip
