PLS-00801: internal error [74806]

Does anyone know what this means (subject line)? I'm running Personal Oracle 7. The documentation says:

Cause: This is a generic internal error that might occur during compilation or execution. The first parameter is the internal error number. Action: Report this error as a bug to your Customer Support representative.

I don't have a "Technical Support Service Agreement" let alone a Customer Support representative. Any suggestions?
