Request for Developers - GNU Oracle Dba tools in JAVA

Hello.

I'm an Oracle DBA, and I would like to develop a set of DBA GUI tools for use with ORACLE, written in JAVA, that fall under the terms of the GNU public license.

I'm trying to find a few developers willing to help me on this, as well as see if there is even any demand for such a suit of free GUI tools.

If you would like to see this development happen, and even better, if you are willing to help with the JAVA coding of it, please send me an email. Also, if i've managed to overlook a similar development effort that is already underway, please let me know where I can go to get involved.
