Hi,


        This may sound like an odd question, but is it possible to re-compile a
copy of Oracle 7.3.4 for Linux even though it was originally released on
another platform(e.g. Solaris/HP/Dec)?  I have got a copy of Oracle8 for
Linux, but it's of limited value until businesses start installing it
wholesale.  Any help would be appreciated.
