Oracle7 Work Server Install Question

I am attempting to install Oracle Workgroup Server 7.3.2.2.1 on a Windows NT 4.0 Workstation box (standalone - no network connection)...The Oracle Installer begins and lets me enter in all the pertinent info...want to install to a second IDE drive (D:) so I choose D:\ORANT for my Oracle home...I choose Database Server for the install option, give it a password...

Now comes my questions:

1. What is this about a repository? It gives me 4 opts Create Ent Mgr Repos, Drop Ent Mgr Repos, Create Performance Pack Repos and Drop Perf Pack Repos. Which one should I be checking off? At present I'm only checking Create Ent Mgr Repos...which leads me to...
2. About 70% into the install, I receive the following msg:

oemtab10.inc(35): FILE_NOT_FOUND while changing directory to D:\ORANT\SYSMAN\ADMIN and then the installer quits.

Has anyone else run into this? Better yet...does anyone know of a fix? I'm very new in this DBA world so ANY help would be appreciated.
