DATABASE ANALYST(UNIX, Oracle, Shell scripts, SQL)

Database Analyst position located in San Jose, CA. They are a large telecommunication company that makes fully customized products to monitor transmission equipment and allow companies to run their applications are looking for people that would like to meet the challenges of applying leading edge software development tool.

Responsibilities:

Will be lead individual responsible for developing database(s) - persistency components - coding, etc. Responsible for growing a team as project develops. Will be working on cutting edge OO system. Will be using the latest release of Oracle and Oracle tools.

Requirements: ( We have interest in candidates with these qualifications).

1. Minimum 3 years DataBase Administration experience.
2. Minimum 3 years UNIX (any kind - Sun, HP, etc.).
3. Minimum 2 years Oracle Database (Oracle tools)
4. Minimum 2 years Shell Script Development.
5. Minimum 3 years work experienced SQL programming.
6. BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Pluses: JAVA C programming OPS (Oracle Parallel Server)
