Whats the cost of Dev2000?

I wanted to test Dev2000, I have the 30 day CD. I wanted to know how much a
1 user license will cost. We connect  to our database via a dial up ISP
connection.  I would guess that Dev2000 can pass on my passwords and
connection information. Is that true?
