Hi,
Just a pointer or 2.
Have checked that you are using the correct version on win95. The rule is,
if you are running a 16 bit application on WIN95, you will need the 16 bit oracle drivers. ie everything will be installed in orawin and NOT orawin95. I am hoping you already know about sqlnet files. It might be worth looking at c:\orawin\network\admin\ sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora.
Also at the server end, hopefully everything is working correctly.
