Using ActiveX in Forms 5.0

I've been trying to use ActiveX components in Forms 5.0 I got to use simple ones like celander, however when trying to use more complex whan, as listview I get Ole Object Error when trying to add an ole object to another meaning add an item into the listview

How can I do it right
