There exists an oracle DBA specific mailing list:

send mail to oracledba-request_at_MailingList.net with the word SUBSCRIBE in the email body.

People from the listserv oracle groups are joining this as well, and I'm getting answers to my dba stuff a bit faster.

Also, there's no message limit and no ads !!! Wooo hoo!
