Copying user and all data

I have schema with 4 tables. I would like to copy this schema to x number of different Oracle servers, set up identical to the main machine where I want to copy the data from.

So far I'm using export/import. My problem is that I have to delete the old data before I can import the tables with the new data. In case the import failes I should have a backup of the old data. How should I go about doing this?

Is it possible to copy the datafiles instead of using export/import?

TIA
-Tommy
