is in need of an Oracle Database Developer for major OO/State-of-the-Art
development projects in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio. Specific Duties and
Responsibilities (Examples): Responsible for the design and development of
ORACLE RDBMS databases utilized during client-server development efforts.
Will be part of a development team utilizing state-of-the-art development
tools and techniques to design, develop, and implement client-server and
internet based software systems. Will develop systems that utilize ORACLE
Advanced Data Replication for distributed database interaction. Will
interface with the Project Manager, Lead Engineer, and customer technical
representatives to understand project requirements and develop databases for
the effort. Essential Functions: ORACLE database development, ORACLE Advanced
Data Replication development Education/Experience/Special Knowledge Required
(Desired Skill Sets): Requires BA/BS and 3 years of experience designing and
developing ORACLE databases. Must have experience in the design,
development, and implementation of distributed database systems utilizing
ORACLE Advanced Data Replication. Experience working in a software
development environment required. Must have a proven ability to work directly
with customers and management to define requirements and translate these
requirements into a database design. Positions are Pure development using the
