MAPI Calls to Groupwise from Forms 4.5 (NT) or C/C++

We recently upgraded our client operating systems environment from Windows 3.1 to Windows NT. We have found that some of our forms which call Groupwise for email processing do not work anymore. These forms call a procedure which invokes Groupwise email via DDE package procedures. These DDE package procedures do not work in the new 32 bit environment.

I would like to know if there are any users who have used MAPI calls to Groupwise within either procedures and/or C/C++ programs callable from Forms 4.5 NT developed forms. If so, do you have any sample source code or know of a reference which explains how to implement these MAPI calls from within the Forms 4.5 and/or C/C++ environment under Windows NT?
