Invalid Parameter ODBC SQL*NET Problem

Hello ODBC Wizards,

I am currently writing a c program to connect to a remote oracle database through ODBC SQL*NET I currently get the message Invalid Parameter when I try to open the connection to the database.

The same parameters work for Reportsmith which lead me to believe it is in the c program but I have not found any problems there yet.

I am using Borland 4.5 and BDE 2.5 to write the program. Does any one know how I can find out which Parameter is not working? I would like to have definitions of the Cat error codes that are returned from DbiGetErrorInfo().
