ODBC - Microoft Access

I'm unable to get a *.mdb to work.... Error: ODBC -- call failed.  I've
download both ODBC 1.15.3.0.1A and ODBC  1.5.3.1.0B and still cant get
it working.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
