Runtime err in SQLLIB18 using Forms Designer

Hi everyone,

I'm a new Oracle user on Windows NT4.
I installed D2K (release 1.6.1) and Personal Oracle7 on my machine. The Oracle navigator works fine, but I can't get the Forms designer to run.
(The graphics designer, procedure builder & reports designer also work
fine.)
When I launch the Forms designer, or any of the demos installed with D2K, I get the following runtime error:

F45RUN32.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point sqlxrcf could not be located in the dynamic link library sqllib18.dll

Indeed, when I look at the Export table of sqllib18.dll
(located in C:\ORANT\BIN), I cannot find sqlxrcf.

Any idea about what might be causing this problem?

Thanks,
