Help!! Can't connet to oracle!!

My last try to shutdown( immediate) has failed.
And I killed all processes named "oracle".
(I afraid this was not so big mistake.)



But, now I can't restart up the database
because I can't connect to oracel.



When I try to connect internal


it's connected to an idle instance.


and when I try to connect as system user
oracle says "ORA-01809:immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are
permitted"



How can I fix this problem?
