I seem to be having some problems identifying how to use RollBack Segments
with my 7.2 DB. I have a table with almost a million rows and need to move
them into a summary table that will have close to a million rows as well. I
try to populate the new table with Insert Into Tbl Select.... and run into
RollBack Segment Problems(Max Extents). I try Create Table as Select and get
Error Occurs at SQL Level 1... . Am I doing something wrong? What is the
correct way to manipulate these large tables? I have a 350 MB Rollback
segment that is set to use with the transaction.
