Can I create one scrollbar for multiple data blocks?

Hi, I would like to create a single scrollbar in Forms 5.0 so that it works with multiple data blocks. Is it possible to create one scroll bar so the rows in the data blocks A,B and C will synchronize when I single click on the scrollbar?

I'm resorting to this technique because I do not know how to manually populate rows of records into a single data block. Any help or hints is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
