We have been working here on NT applications and also had many problems with the Oracle provided ODBC drivers. I believe they only meet the lowest ODBC conformance level, which is no real surprise. We have since moved to the Oracle ODBC drivers from Microsoft which have been woriking fine for us for some months now. I'd suggest tracking them down, I believe they come with the new DevStudio and probably on the MS website.
