What data does the Import Utility import?

I will be sending home with a user, owner 'Manager' a standalone database with Personal Oracle loaded with the database from the Server and a Jaz cartridge. At home she will be loading historical data. While at work, she is loading present-day data as owner 'Manager'.

To enable her to bring in this data to the server, she would perform an export at home to the JAZ cartridge. At work, doing an Import of data of user 'Manager' for all tables, would it: 1. only add to the tables new records belonging to 'Manager' , or 2. would it remove all records already on Server of 'Manager', therefore wiping out any present-day work with only her data from the cartridge?

Thanks for your help.
