Changing the owner of an object

Other than using

CREATE table as (SELECT * from . . .

is it possible to change the owner of a table.

I rolled back an update of OBJ$.owner# (which seemed to work) for fear of screwing something up. I cannot find documentation on this, but I seem to remember my predecessor changing table ownership.
