export utility

I am attempting to issue a simple export on an ORACLE 7.2.3

instance. I am receiving the following errors

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 6553 encountered
ORA-06553: PLS-213: package STANDARD not accessible
EXP-00222:

System error message 2

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 6553 encountered

EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

It looks like a script needs to be run, before issuing an export, does anyone know the name of the script(s) ?
