oraInventory was updated with runInstaller when I did this for the first time (for this instance) last week as part of making sure the database was ready to go. Unfortunately I had the same issue last week. I've been running rconfig in "ONLY" mode, but tried it as "YES" and even through OEM last night without success. As I mentioned, I have some time pressure on this. I can only get the system for about an hour, maybe or two if I apply well in advance. Ran out of time last night. I'll put in an SR, but it looks like I may end up recreating the whole thing. I've done this with numerous other databases and never run into this problem. I'd like to figure out what the problem is since whatever is happening may have other implications.
